The opportunity to modernise rural homes is available again! The grant covers 50% of renovation costs supported by invoices, up to a maximum of HUF 3 million.

Who Can Apply for the Grant?

Married couples, partners, or single parents who are raising or expecting at least one child may apply, provided they meet the following requirements:

Type and Amount of Funding

  • Grant amount: 50% of the renovation costs, up to a maximum of HUF 3,000,000.
  • Pre-financing: Before the renovation work begins, applicants may take out an interest-subsidised loan of up to HUF 6 million to finance the investment.
  • Either the material costs or the labour costs must account for at least 25% of the total eligible expenditure.
  • Combination with other schemes: The grant may be combined with CSOK, Rural CSOK—although double funding is not permitted—as well as with an LTP savings scheme and a Babaváró loan.

Why Is It Worth Taking Advantage of This Opportunity?

  • Types of funding: A combination of an interest-free loan and non-repayable funding.
  • Total amount of funding: HUF 2,500,000–10,000,000.
  • Required own contribution: At least 5% of the total eligible project cost. For the maximum HUF 10 million funding amount, this means HUF 526,316.

Further Important Conditions and Information

  • Target to be achieved: The project must result in a minimum 30% reduction in primary energy consumption.
  • Repayment: The loan is interest-free and must be repaid in monthly instalments over a maximum period of 15 years. A spouse or partner will be included as a co-borrower. The non-repayable grant component does not have to be repaid.
  • Financing process: Both pre-financing and post-financing are available, including a supplier advance of up to 75%. The loan and grant components are disbursed separately, but on the same day. Payment may be made through post-financing or by direct transfer to the supplier.
  • Implementation period: The project must be completed within 24 months of signing the loan agreement. In justified cases, this period may be extended by a further 6 months.
  • Required collateral: 0%, meaning no collateral is required.
  • Key construction products: Construction products used in the project must have a simplified environmental certification issued by ÉMI Nonprofit Kft.
  • Obligation: An information sticker must be displayed on the property affected by the renovation.

A significant change has been made to the grant programme: the available funding has increased from HUF 30 billion to HUF 40 billion, giving even more businesses the opportunity to purchase environmentally friendly vehicles.

    How Many Vehicles Can Be Funded?

    The number of vehicles that may be purchased under the project depends on the applicant company’s average statistical headcount in its most recently completed full financial year:

    • Fewer than 10 employees – 1 vehicle
    • 10–49 employees – 5 vehicles
    • 50–249 employees – 10 vehicles
    • More than 250 employees – up to 16 vehicles

    Funding may only be requested by submitting a purchase agreement or leasing agreement concluded for the vehicle forming the basis of the application. The programme supports the purchase of new, fully electric passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, and minibuses that are registered for the first time upon purchase.

    The amount of non-repayable funding will be determined based on the performance and purchase price of the electric vehicles.

    • Under this call, the project must be physically completed by YYYY.MM.DD. at the latest. By this date, the vehicle must have become the property of the applicant company, and the financial report must also be submitted.
    • The final beneficiary must retain the vehicle purchased under the grant for 3 years from the completion of the project, but no later than YYYY.MM.DD. During this period, the vehicle may not be sold, leased, or made available for use by a third party.
